New Merchandise Guarantee
All products sold by Gallery Furniture are new, undamaged, and have never been used. Orders are custom-placed with manufacturers to ensure you receive high-quality furniture directly from the source.
- Clearance Items: Clearance and closeout items may be factory-direct, cancelled, or returned products. These items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.
Taxes
We collect sales tax for orders delivered within New York State. If you reside outside of New York, you may be responsible for reporting your purchase to your state’s tax authority.
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full upon receipt by our delivery team. Payments can be made via cash, cashier’s check, or credit card. Please note a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping
Smaller items may be shipped via carriers like UPS or FedEx, with delivery to your doorstep. A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
Additional Shipping Fees

- Additional flights of stairs: $15 per floor per piece
- Redelivery fees: 25% of the order total
Return and Cancellation Policies
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items. Refunds will be issued minus round-trip shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will incur no fees. However, cancellations made after items have shipped are subject to a 33% restocking fee.
Limited Warranty for Damage or Defects
Gallery Furniture guarantees that any damage or defects noted at the time of delivery will be remedied at our expense. Options include repair, part replacement, or full unit replacement.

Dispute Resolution
