"One of the most important things you will do in life is buy furniture for your home, which will dictate the flow, ambiance & mood of your sanctity. The wrong piece or set can completely throw everything off, which is why having someone who knows what they are doing & has extreme patience is so crucial. I just renovated my apartment, top to bottom, and was finally turning it into the dream home I imagined. I was on the hunt even before the work was started to make sure I had an idea of what I would get. I had visited a plethora of furniture stores including Bob’s, Raymour & Flannigan, Ashley Furniture, Jennifer Convertibles, Express Furniture Warehouse, IKEA, plus other online retailers. Some places had good service but KD at Gallery Furniture in Medford takes the cake!!! He was absolutely A M A Z I N G!!! Having someone with experience in the business is necessary so you don’t waste your time or money. It takes me forever to make a decision, so I’m def not an easy customer! Lol Poor guy got stuck showing me around on 2 different occasions, but never pushed me once to do what I wasn’t comfortable with. He showed me what I had liked & showed him pictures of what I found so far. He then gave me alternative options, made a floor plan of my furniture and showed me how it would look laid out & gave me his expert advise on to how to make what I wanted work! He spent so many hours with me but never complained one bit. Other customers walked in and he never pushed me to rush. I’m so grateful to KD & his manager for the exceptional service I received!!! I ended up with everything I wanted including the PERFECT couch! Then, to top it all off, I got all my dream furniture & then some for LESSSSSSSSSS than what I would’ve paid anywhere else!!! $$$ I’m telling you, don’t waste time anywhere else. They have the best selection and the best prices. I’m super picky so believe me when I say, he is the best!!! Ask for KD & thank me later!!!! He’s amazing and will make your vision of your dream home come to life!!! Thank you sooooo much KD & Gallery Furniture!!! You guys rock!"
"My wife and I just received delivery of our furniture from this place. wanted to wait until we had delivery before reviewing. Sales people were great, customer service girl was great, and the furniture was reasonably priced. The delivery guys were very professional and took all the garbage with them.
