He was very helpful and gave us a good deal on our bedroom furniture set that my fiance's parents were looking to get us for a wedding gift. He was very informative and polite. Now I hate sales people. I truly do. I understand they live off commission and all but there's a way to not crowd and be respectful of the people. We went to a name brand discount furniture store and the sales people come at you like vultures and crowd you while you make a decisions. Frank gave us plenty of space and time to make our decision.
